They reportedly became aware of the investigation against them in May. The suspicions are said to surround Universal Bridges Inc., a company that Pak is believed to own.
Despite the reports, a representative from the U.S. Attorney’s Office declined to confirm or deny whether such an investigation exists. However, Howard has reportedly sought legal guidance and underwent “initial discussions” with federal investigators. Howard has previously been the subject of both federal and state tax liens.
